Time To Pet is one of the best known products in pet care, and it is built to carry a company: one person today, a team of walkers later, a boarding facility after that. PetSit is not that. The one difference that decides it
Time To Pet publishes a client portal and mobile app on every plan: your clients log in, request services, pay invoices and message you there. PetSit has nothing for clients at all. They keep your phone number, and you keep the records. If a portal is the thing you want, that is a real reason to pick Time To Pet, and this page is not going to talk you out of it.
The other difference is who the price is built around. Time To Pet publishes a Team plan with a charge for each active staff member, because most of its customers grow into staff. PetSit has no seats to add, so there is no ladder to climb and nothing to switch off.
Who should choose which
Choose Time To Pet if you have staff or expect to hire, if your clients want a portal or an app to book and pay in, if you want client video updates and email marketing in the same tool, or if you run a daycare or boarding facility. It publishes all of that, and PetSit does none of it.
Choose PetSit if you are one person, your clients already text you, and what you actually need is client and pet records, the pet's whole care routine written down in one place, multi day stays entered as one booking, the charge worked out for you, invoices, and your schedule showing up in the calendar you already use.
