Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime. Here is how billing and refunds work.

1. Monthly subscription

After your 30-day free trial, Colebay PetSit is $12/month.

2. Cancel anytime

You can cancel whenever you like from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.

3. No routine refunds for partial months

We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period. When you cancel, you keep access until the period ends.

4. When we will consider a refund

We will review refund requests for: duplicate charges, billing errors on our side, or a serious service failure that prevented you from using the Service.

5. How to request

Use the Contact page with the date and details of the charge. We will respond by email.

6. Free trial

The trial is free and requires no card, so there is nothing to refund for the trial period.
