We collect the minimum we need, and we never sell your data.

1. Our approach

We collect only the data needed to run the Service. We do not sell your data.

2. What we collect

Account information (email, optional business name, language/currency); the business data you enter (owners, pets, appointments, notes, invoices); and basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the Service.

3. Payment data

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see, collect, or store your card details on our servers.

4. How we use data

To provide the Service, support you, keep accounts secure, and manage billing. We do not use your data for advertising.

5. Your photos and files

Private photos and files are protected per account and are not shared between accounts.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. We use a small number of service providers (for example, hosting, and Stripe for payments) only to run the Service.

7. Your control

You can export your own data anytime from Settings. You can ask us to close your account.
