1. About these terms

Colebay PetSit ("we", "the Service") is software that helps pet-sitting professionals manage owners, pets, appointments, notes, and invoices. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Please provide accurate information.

3. Free trial and subscription

New accounts start with a 30-day free trial, no card required. After the trial, continued use requires a $12/month subscription. Billing is handled by Stripe; we do not see, collect, or store your card details. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Acceptable use

Use the Service lawfully. Do not attempt to access other accounts' data, disrupt the Service, or otherwise misuse it.

5. Your data

Your business data belongs to you. You can export it at any time from Settings. Private photos and files are protected per account. See the Privacy Policy.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of your current billing period; your account stays active until then.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service running but provide it "as is." We may update features and these terms; changes will be reflected here.
