Cancellation

What happens if the booking is cancelled Cancelled 7 days or more before the first visit: nothing to pay. Less than 7 days before: half the total is due. Cancelled 48 hours or more before the first visit: nothing to pay. Less than 48 hours before: the booking is charged in full. A deposit of 25 percent holds the dates and is not refunded. The rest is due 7 days before the first visit.
